NIHILUX Refund Policy
At NIHILUX, every product is handled with precision, care, and intention. Due to the nature of our offerings and our commitment to hygiene, quality control, and luxury standards, all sales are final.
Please review the policy below before completing your purchase.
All Sales Final
Once an order has been processed and shipped, it is not eligible for return or refund.
This policy applies to all hair, wellness, and related products sold through NIHILUX.
Color & Texture Variations
Human hair is a natural material. Subtle variations in color tone, curl pattern, or texture may occur between bundles or units.
These natural characteristics are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds or exchanges.
Opened or Altered Products
For health, safety, and quality assurance reasons, products are not eligible for return or refund if they have been:

  • Opened

  • Worn

  • Dyed or bleached

  • Cut or altered in any way

Once a product has been altered, it is considered accepted.
Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details prior to checkout, including:

  • Length

  • Texture

  • Quantity

NIHILUX cannot offer refunds or exchanges for errors made during order selection.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or incorrect due to fulfillment error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
