Bundles, Frontals & Closures:
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. -
Wigs:
Due to custom preparation and quality checks, wigs require up to 7 business days for processing. -
High-Volume Launches:
During peak demand or special releases, processing times may extend by 1–2 additional business days.
Domestic Shipping (United States)

Carrier partners include UPS, USPS, and FedEx.

Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

Express shipping options are available at checkout, where applicable.
International Shipping
NIHILUX ships worldwide.

Customers are responsible for all customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by their country.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier.
Lost or Stolen Packages
NIHILUX is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier.
All claims must be filed directly with the carrier using the provided tracking information.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.
Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses cannot be reshipped until returned to NIHILUX. Additional shipping fees may apply.
